Requirements

• Great customer service skills can you go above and beyond for every guest every time
• Excellent written and verbal communication including e-mails, phone calls, service queue management and supporting your team
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional time-management skills and ability to juggle competing priorities
• Familiar with visual merchandising and product inventory is an asset
• Experience in a salon, barbershop or spa is a bonus
