Position: Video Editor

First Care Medical is seeking a highly skilled and creative Video Editor to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for creating engaging and informative videos that will be used for marketing, educational, and promotional purposes. You will work closely with our marketing and communications team to understand the goals and objectives of each project and bring them to life through your editing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to understand project goals and objectives

- Edit raw footage into high-quality videos that align with the company's brand and messaging

- Utilize industry-standard software and tools to add visual effects, sound, and music to videos

- Ensure all videos are delivered on time and meet the required specifications and standards

- Continuously stay updated on industry trends and techniques to enhance the quality of videos

- Manage and organize video files and assets to ensure easy access and retrieval

- Work with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and make necessary revisions to videos

- Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail in all projects

- Contribute to the development of new video concepts and ideas to support the company's marketing and communication strategies

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Studies, or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in video editing, preferably in a corporate or agency setting

- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar

- Strong understanding of video production processes, including shooting, lighting, and sound

- Excellent knowledge of visual effects, motion graphics, and color correction

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics

- Passion for storytelling and creating compelling videos

- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
