Structural Welder/Fitter

Schedule: Start on 1st Shift (5:00 AM – 1:30 PM) with potential transition to 2nd Shift (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM)

Pay Range: $25+

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Structural Welder/Fitter with a valid D1.8 certification to join a growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural welding, excellent blueprint reading skills, and the flexibility to work varying shifts as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform structural welding and fitting in accordance with D1.8 standards.

Read and interpret structural blueprints with accuracy.

Ensure all work meets quality and safety specifications.

Start on 1st shift and be open to transitioning to 2nd shift as needed.

Work collaboratively with the team to meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

D1.8 welding certification is required.

3–5 years of experience in structural welding/fitting.

Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills.

Flexibility with shift changes based on production needs.
