We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Property Manager opportunity with a highly regarded property management and real estate investment firm in Arizona. This company is known for its excellence in managing mixed-use, medical office, and commercial properties, and offers a collaborative and professional work environment where employee growth and dedication are recognized.
The Property Manager is responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:
Repair and Maintenance
Inspect properties regularly and address inspection issues.
Review and sign off on work orders and inspections.
Collaborate with the Corporate Engineer on maintenance programs, ADA compliance, capital expenditures, and deferred maintenance.
Tenants
Enforce lease terms and maintain tenant communications.
Support leasing department with move-in/move-out coordination and tenant improvements.
Conduct site visits and resolve tenant-related issues.
Oversee tenant surveys, insurance tracking, and rent collections.
Vendors
Manage vendor bidding and contracts.
Create service specifications and ensure vendor compliance.
Maintain vendor communication and insurance documentation.
Accounting
Review receivables and process default notices as needed.
Approve invoices and manage property budgets.
Prepare variance and CAM reports.
Track and bill utilities and non-tenant services.
General
Oversee building takeovers and develop property-specific records and policies.
Maintain owner relationships and handle insurance claims.
Participate in staff meetings and perform special projects as assigned.
Specific qualifications for the position include:
High school diploma required; college education preferred.
5+ years of property management experience.
Arizona Real Estate License (required).
Experience with Yardi software is preferred.
Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
Experience in vendor management, budgeting, and tenant relations.
Pay Rate Range: $75,000 - $85,000 for salaried positions
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
