Provide comprehensive support to the COO in scheduling, communication, meeting preparation, and follow-ups
Draft reports, presentations, and summaries with business accuracy and professionalism
Assist in project coordination, progress tracking, and preparation of operational dashboards or executive summaries
Anticipate needs and proactively identify and resolve issues before they arise
Conduct background research, market intelligence, or business briefings to support decision-making
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners with cultural fluency and professionalism
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive business information with discretion
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields
3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Business Analyst supporting C-suite executives
Background in Big Four (PwC, EY, Deloitte, KPMG) or management consulting strongly preferred
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong familiarity with
U.S. corporate work culture and business systems
Demonstrated ability to think
analytically and systemically
