responsibilities:

• Lead and enforce safety and QA/QC protocols across Our Client's construction site, fostering a strict Injury-Free Environment.

• Audit and review the General Contractor's Quality Management Plan, preparing detailed reports and tracking non-conformances to closure.

• Train, counsel, and mentor project staff to ensure flawless execution of Our Client's rigorous quality specifications.

• Drive continuous improvement by identifying workflow efficiencies and updating region-wide QA/QC change management procedures.

• Collaborate actively in OAC and weekly project meetings, championing a culture of quality awareness from design through completion.
