About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Corporate Development to play a pivotal role in the organization's growth strategy.
This hands-on position is at the forefront of M&A, business development, and execution, with a focus on sourcing, evaluating, and executing add-on acquisitions in fragmented markets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the entire M&A process, from financial analysis to post-close integration, and will work closely with the CEO and private equity sponsor to ensure strategic fit and value creation.
The role demands a professional with a strong background in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or related fields, and a proven track record in leading or supporting M&A transactions.
The ideal candidate will have a foundation in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development, and a desire to be deeply involved in the operational and strategic aspects of a growing platform.
Key responsibilities include developing relationships to build deal flow, leading diligence efforts, and supporting integration planning.
While not mandatory, prior experience in integration and a background in field services, industrials, or other fragmented industries is advantageous.
The role requires a strategic leader with excellent financial modeling, analytical, and diligence capabilities, as well as strong business development instincts and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a high-growth environment.
The VP of Corporate Development will also be instrumental in driving broader growth initiatives and strategic planning across the organization.
