About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of Quantitative Research / Senior Data Architect to play a pivotal role in driving the next phase of enterprise growth and AI-enabled business transformation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing advanced forecasting models, pricing strategies, operational analytics, and AI-driven business insights that have a direct impact on the company's strategy.
This is a hands-on, strategic position that requires a highly analytical and business-minded leader with a strong background in quantitative research, data science, advanced analytics, or quantitative finance.
The role involves building financial modeling frameworks, creating scalable data and analytics structures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish long-term analytical and AI-enabled decision-making infrastructure.
Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' of experience in a relevant field and possess expertise in Python, SQL, forecasting, experimentation, and statistical modeling.
A strong understanding of business strategy, financial modeling, and operational analytics is essential.
The ideal candidate will have a background in manufacturing, marketplaces, fintech, consumer technology, or high-growth operational environments, and an AI-first mindset with exposure to modern AI-assisted analytics workflows is highly desirable.
