As a Production Supervisor, you'll oversee the day-to-day activities of our production workforce supporting the fabrication and inspection of new and refurbished medical kits. You'll play a key role in ensuring operational excellence while upholding our quality and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities Include:

Leading, coaching, and motivating production team members while managing performance and engagement Partnering with the Operations Manager to plan and execute manufacturing and training programs Driving continuous process improvement aligned with lean manufacturing principles Tracking, analyzing, and reporting key performance metricsImplementing and monitoring company quality initiatives to ensure audit readiness Ensuring strict compliance with HIPAA and all confidentiality requirements Supporting a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork Taking on additional responsibilities as needed—because no two days are ever the sameWhat You'll Bring

Proven supervisory experience, ideally in a manufacturing or production environment Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Working knowledge of lean manufacturing concepts (hands-on or educational) Solid computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and MRP/ERP systemsAbility to balance people leadership with operational execution Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience in a progressive manufacturing environment) Fluency in English Valid Arizona Driver's License (or ability to obtain one) and proof of auto insurance per state requirements Why MedSupply / MedAire?
