divh2Job Title/h2pResponsibilities:/ppSupports testing, troubleshooting, and repairing PCB (printed circuit boards), assemblies or subassemblies.
/ppUsually will troubleshoot to board or component level and repair.
/ppPlans, assembles, disassembles, reworks and, performs engineering development and qualification tests on various aircraft components and systems.
/ppAnalyzes and evaluates test results to verify that required parameters have been maintained.
/ppFollows blueprints, guidelines, and/or diagrams to ensure product specifications and tolerance levels are met.
/ppPerforms functional testing per part specific pre-established test procedure.
/ppMonitors tests through completion, record test data, and service test equipment as required.
/ppDocuments acceptance or failure results.
/ppDemonstrates proper use of simple hand/machine tools, electronic/manual test equipment and mechanical measuring devices.
/ppPerforms proper loading and unloading of electronic equipment in test beds.
/ppAcquires applicable skill/knowledge/certification as required.
/ppComplies with safety and hazardous waste disposal programs.
/ppFollows plans for production schedules and quality requirements.
/ppUnderstands end use of manufactured products.
/ppProficiently uses computer tools such as SAP and accurately follows work instructions.
/ppDemonstrates initiative to keep processes moving and on schedule.
/ppInterfaces with other functional groups to update, inform, acknowledge or resolve problems related to business issues.
/ppParticipates in waste minimization efforts.
/ppParticipates in audits.
/ppRequests tools and supplies in accordance with project requirements as needed.
/ppRequirements:/ppGood soldering and de-soldering skills of both through-hole and surface-mounted components may be required.
/ppPrefer having knowledge and expertise in Digital, Analog, and RF.
/ppPrefer having Knowledge of IPC Standards/ppEducation:/ppHS Diploma.
