NDT Technician I (X-Ray / Radiography)

Location: Greater Phoenix, AZ Employment Type: Full-Time - Direct Hire Entry level $25 per hour We are partnering with a growing aerospace manufacturing organization seeking an entry-level NDT Technician I to support radiographic (X-ray) inspection processes. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone early in their NDT career or looking to gain specialized experience in non-destructive testing within a production environment.Key Responsibilities

Perform radiographic (X-ray) inspection processes, including film handling and processing Interpret and follow written procedures and work instructions Record and document inspection results with a high level of accuracy Support quality and production teams to ensure compliance with industry standardsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Work closely with leadership and take direction on daily priorities Work Environment

Standing and walking throughout the shift Working in low-light or darkroom conditions for extended periods Hands-on, detail-oriented inspection work requiring strong focus and dexterity Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely Good communication skills, both written and verbal Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to work with a sense of urgency in a production setting Preferred (Not Required)

Exposure to NDT methods, radiography, or quality inspection Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or mechanical environments Familiarity with material defects and inspection techniques Background in aircraft or vehicle maintenance Additional Requirements
