In this role, you will hold accountability for the final safety and quality checks of our products before they reach the customer.Quality Control: Accurately inspect, separate, and package all custom print and label products according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Shipping&Logistics: Ensure all packages are accurately prepared and routed to the correct destination using our digital ERP system to log material and time.Safety First: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, utilizing required PPE at all times.Team Collaboration: Actively support coworkers and adjust to shifting production priorities to help the department meet critical delivery deadlines.QualificationsWhat You Bring (Requirements)High school diploma or GED equivalent.Strong attention to detail with a "zero-defect" mindset for evaluating quality tolerances.Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to punctuality.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of a shift.Strong color vision and close-range visual acuity.Flexibility to work overtime or alternative shifts as production demands change.We welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
