Civil Engineer - Pe/Principal, Phoenix

Job Description Job Description Regional engineering firm is expanding in Arizona and looking for an office leader.
The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of civil engineering projects from proposal to final close out including oversight of the preparation of site, grading, utility and erosion control plans, leading junior engineers and ongoing client interaction.
Knowledge of AutoCAD civil 3d for markups and guidance is required as well as excellent verbal and written communications skills for leading a team.
Will need specific skills in business development and proposal generation for the procurement of new work to be followed by project management, scheduling, resource allocation and fee assessment as well as ongoing quality and scope review.
Requirements:
BS Degree in Civil Engineering
PE in Arizona
Commercial or Residential projects experience
