Maintenance Technician, Phoenix, AZ

We are seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to join a growing manufacturing team. If you have strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills and enjoy working in a hands-on environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Work with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
Perform preventative maintenance and equipment diagnostics
Install and repair electrical components, wiring, and conduit
Maintain maintenance records and follow all safety procedures (LOTO)

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED
5+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience

Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, power transmission systems, and electrical troubleshooting

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Team-oriented with a proactive, take-charge attitude
