The Fountain Group is a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Customer Experience Specialist for a prominent client of ours. This position is in Bridgewater, NJ 08807. Details for the position are as follows:
We’re Hiring: Customer Experience Specialist
Our client is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist who’s passionate about creating exceptional customer interactions and being the go-to point of contact. If you thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment and have a strong background in customer service, supply chain, or sales—this is your opportunity to make an impact.
Location: Bridgewater, NJ
Schedule: Hybrid: M-W (on-site), Th-Fri (Remote), 8:00AM – 4:30PM
Employment Type: 7-month assignment, potential to extend or convert based on performance & budget.
What You’ll Do:
Be the single point of contact for customers—delivering a smooth, stress-free, and professional experience
Manage customer interactions (inbound & outbound) throughout the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process
Serve as the Voice of the Customer—provide feedback, identify trends, and strengthen relationships through trust and regular communication
Keep CRM systems (like Service Cloud) up to date with accurate call notes, follow-up actions, and opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, CoEs, GBS+) to align on customer priorities and deliver solutions
Drive continuous improvement efforts for customer satisfaction and internal process efficiency
Use tools like SAP and Service Cloud to manage cases, optimize workflows, and support data-driven decisions
Uphold corporate standards, sustainability practices, and compliance requirements
What You Bring:
High School Diploma required (Associate’s/Bachelor’s a plus)
2–5 years of experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, or Sales
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP) and cloud-based CRM (Service Cloud preferred)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
Solid understanding of order-to-cash processes and basic supply chain operation.
