Introduction

As a member of the Global Customer Experience Design team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and evolving the enterprise design system. You will deliver scalable, user-centered design solutions that support enterprise servicing priorities while advancing the consistency, accessibility, and quality of digital experiences across platforms.

Required Skills&Qualifications Clear communication of experience; fluent in work and articulation of using tokenization within design and design systems 2 years of experience designing in Figma for web and mobile applications Experience developing or maintaining design systems Strong Figma skills to create robust design system componentsUnderstanding of design system structures and library organization Understanding of design tokens and their application in design systems Strong understanding of responsive design and working with grid systems Experience designing with scalability and accessibility in mind, ensuring components meet WCAG standardsStrong communication and collaboration skills Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2 Preferred Skills&Qualifications

Familiarity with CSS, JavaScript, and HTML Experience in agile environments Knowledge of user research methodologies Experience in fast-paced iterative processes Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Build, document, and maintain reusable design components Ensure design consistency across new and existing components Collaborate closely with product owners, UX leads, and other designers Participate in all phases of the design process from research and ideation to prototyping, testing, and QACompany Benefits&Culture
