$90,000– $130,000 The Opportunity You'll lead civil site design projects from concept through final approval, shaping land development across New Jersey. This role puts you at the center of multi-use, residential, commercial, and institutional projects where your engineering expertise directly influences how communities are built. Design and manage full-lifecycle land development projects including multi-use, residential, commercial, and institutional sites Lead the municipal approval process, coordinating submissions and ensuring timely approvals Develop complete site designs covering stormwater management systems, grading, erosion and sediment control plans, and utility layoutsPrepare concept plans, detailed site plans, subdivision plans, engineering reports, and stormwater management documentation Conduct regulatory research to support permitting through NJDEP and local municipal agencies Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, sub-consultants, and internal team membersWhat We're Looking For
NJ Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required , or ability to obtain it (E.I.T. required) 5–10+ years of civil site design and land development experience Strong background in New Jersey land development including stormwater management, grading, erosion and sediment control, and utility designExperience navigating NJDEP and municipal permitting processes Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD, or equivalent stormwater design software Excellent communication skills with a commitment to quality and accountability Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyComfortable working both collaboratively and independently Ready to Apply?
