A well-established historic organization in **downtown Dayton** is seeking a detail-oriented **Bookkeeper/Accountant** to manage day-to-day financial operations **in our office**.

Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
Reconcile bank statements and prepare monthly financial reports
Process payroll and maintain employee records
Track budgets, expenses, and grant-related financial activity
Prepare documents for audits and board review
Support leadership with financial data and analysis
Qualifications
Experience in bookkeeping or accounting required
Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently xhqgsiq and maintain confidentiality
Comfortable working in a small office environment
