Position Title: Packer Location: Branchburg, NJ 08876 Expected Duration: 6+ Months

Job Description We are seeking an Assoc Dia Tech - 1st Shift Packaging to join our production team. The role focuses on labeling, inspecting, and packaging final container products using manual and automated systems. The technician will operate and change over packaging equipment, perform data entry and label imprinting, and maintain compliant records and work areas in accordance with SOPs, ISO, and cGMP requirements.

Responsibilities: Operate filling, labeling, and packaging equipment per Production Manufacturing Records, SOPs, ISO, and cGMP requirements to produce finished intermediates and final kits. Perform aseptic gowning and execute filling tasks in an aseptic environment, when assigned to Filling Operations.Conduct in-process quality checks such as fill, torque, vision system, and label alignment checks to verify conformance to standards and procedures. Complete production documentation and SAP transactions, including verification of lot numbers, expiration dates, intermediates, and reconciliations.Clean and decontaminate work areas per defined procedures and comply with SOPs, QSRs, and safety requirements. Perform scheduled environmental monitoring in Filling Suites as required. Execute warehousing activities such as picking, issuing, returns, internal distribution, receiving, and shipping per procedures.Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills&Qualifications: Experience operating labeling, filling, and packaging equipment in a regulated manufacturing environment. Knowledge of SOPs, ISO, cGMP, and QSR compliance practices. Ability to execute data entry and SAP transactions accurately and maintain complete documentation. Capability to perform aseptic gowning and work in aseptic conditions when required.Attention to detail for in-process quality checks and product inspection. Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and wear required PPE.

Preferred Skills: Experience with vision inspection systems and torque testing. Prior experience in medical device, diagnostics, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
