Marketing Associate, Pittsburgh

Tenacity Solutions is currently seeking a candidate to fill our Marketing Associateposition.

Marketing Associates will be responsible for the promotions linked to our client, their products, and services. Associates assist with any new customer acquisition and brand promotions associated with client accounts while interacting with new and potential consumers.

This position requires time within our office setting where Marketing Associates will have access to be mentored by our industryâs top professionals, meet with all the members of our team, and learn any new client promotions. Marketing Associate's time will is split within one of our clientâs retail environments where they interact with consumers, advance their own personal sales skills, and market the campaign linked to the account they are been responsible for. This position will focus on skill sets such as sales and direct marketing, customer service, communication skills, account management, and team accountability.

Responsibilities:

• Strengthen our relationship with clients and company partnership
• Learn and market your campaigns honestly and effectively
• Work with other members of our team on linked campaigns to ensure companywide success
