Job: Sr. Software Engineer, Moon Township

Working in an Agile (Scrum) environment with Managers, Scrum Masters, Product Managers, and mentoring junior software engineers to design and implement solutions; Working with other software engineers, QA engineers, technical writers, and Infrastructure team members, as needed, to ensure quality and the successful rollout of new applications or features; Performing developing using C# and C#.NET and full .NET Stack, including .NET, .NET Core, ASP.NET, Web API, WCF and MVC; Creating web applications using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Linq, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular, and JSON; Designing and developing tools and applications to support business operations; Writing microservices in ASP.NET, performing Nunit Testing, using Application Insights for ASP.NET Core, building REST Services, ASMX Web Services, and Design Patterns, and performing Object Oriented Programming; Writing REST Services;Supporting frontend Software Engineers with an understanding of Angular and browser technologies; Identifying innovative solutions independently to technical or customer related problems; Creating related supporting documentation (i.e., design documents); Creating unit test cases and applying them against developed software or applications to ensure quality and utilizing unit test suites such as NUnit, XUnit, and Moq; Debugging software and fixing defects discovered during the testing process; Providing post-release software and application support, including incident reporting, troubleshooting and monitoring; Reviewing and approving code, and using JSON, XML, XSD, XSLT, NPM, NuGet, Gulp, Entity Framework, PL/SQL, MVC, TFS, Microsoft Visual Studio, xUnit, SOAP, Visio, Xamarin, IIS; and Supporting the products during testing and in production. Job Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related field and 5 years of progressive experience in the job offered or a related role, or a Masters Degree in Computer Science or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related role, working in an Agile (Scrum) environment performing development and using .NET, .Net Core, Web API, SQL, HTML, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, LINQ, Bootstrap, jQuery, Angular, WCF, C#, C#.NET, ASP.NET, XUnit, Moq, Azure, Cosmos DB, Redis, Blob Storage, Azure DevOps, JSON, XML, XSD, XSLT, NPM, NuGet, Gulp, Entity Framework, PL/SQL, MVC, TFS, Microsoft Visual Studio, xUnit, SOAP, Visio, Xamarin, IIS, RequireJS, Application Insights, REST Services, ASMX Web Services, Design Patterns, and APIs; and 3 years of experience performing Nunit Testing and Object Oriented Programming; Company headquarters is located in Moon Township, PA, but telecommuting is permitted from anywhere in the United States.
