We are looking for a Systems Administrator II to come and help us pioneer a new culture of dentistry. Join the tribe!
Responsibilities:
Systems Administrator assigned to the Integration Team to support the onboarding and integration of new affiliates. Responsible for providing systems and network support in a multi-platform, service-oriented culture, including accurate documentation, systems monitoring and administration, diagnosis and resolution of hardware and software problems, end-user technical support of both hardware and software, training on various software applications, and system / network troubleshooting and remediation.
Essential Duties
Manages multiple projects related to Information Technology as the result of partnerships
Evaluation of current state of IT systems for new affiliates
Plan project path to bring new affiliates systems into NADG systems.
Sys Admin Integration activities including but not limited to: Email Migration, Legacy system upgrade/consolidation & move to new hardware, file share and user data migration, system and network capacity planning, network topology planning, network drives, print queues, and decommissioning of legacy systems
Daily management of the Active Directory infrastructure – OU’s, Group Policies, PowerShell, Scripting, Etc.
Verifies the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes
Reviews system and application logs, and verify completion of scheduled jobs such as backups
Manages backups of physical and virtual platforms
Management of VMware, endpoint patch management, and all server architectures
Office 365 management and not limited to - O365 Admin Management, Exchange Online, SharePoint/OneDrive
Advanced WAN and routing troubleshooting and design in tandem with network MSP.
Provides Tier 3 assistance for IT Service Desk team members
Other special projects or responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
So How Can You “Fill” This Role?
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university, or (5+) years of experience may be substituted for a degree
Minimum of five (5) years’ relevant work experience
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Experience Preferred: Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, VMware, PowerShell
Intermediate Understanding of Networking and IT Security concepts
