8AM - 4PM @ $17.35/hour

4PM - 12AM @ $18.35/hour

12AM - 8AM @ $18.60/hour

Duties and Responsibilities

Maintain raw material level on assigned machines

Construct proper packaging (crates, cradles, boxes, etc.) for profile being produced.

Verify length of produced profiles, package per crate book instructions.

Ensure packing label is correct for piece count, color, length.

Cut up scrap and place in gaylords.

Perform all aspects of extruder teardown and set-up.

Perform all aspects of quality functions in accordance with QA work instructions.

Troubleshoot raw material, die, and mechanical problems.

High School Diploma
