Marketing Assistant, Pennsylvania

Overview:
84 Lumber is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support the daily operations of the Marketing Department with administrative tasks and marketing strategy on a variety of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in marketing as well as a desire to learn, understand, and commit to enhancing their skills in digital and traditional marketing. The incumbent must have strong communication skills, a creative mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, keeping detailed records of each.

Responsibilities:
Essential Functions

 

Provide local marketing support for the stores by coordinating sponsorships, ordering collateral, researching traditional and digital marketing options, etc.

Assist with logistics for customer outings, track progress, and occasionally execute on-site events

Participate in marketing and volunteer events when necessary

Pay monthly invoices and manage incoming vendor credits, keeping detailed records of each

Maintain the marketing warehouse and keep an accurate inventory of all collateral and promotional items

Assist with reservations when necessary

Manage and fulfill donation requests

Field calls and assist store associates, AM’s DVP’s, and vendors to research and resolve problems

Maintain aspects of the company website, ensuring accuracy

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook and Adobe

Willingness to continually educate yourself on all facets of marketing

Qualifications:
The minimum requirements for this position are a degree in marketing, communications or business administration. Experience: Minimum 1 years of relevant work experience.
