Shipping Logistics Associate, Pennsylvania

Contract to hire opening with our technology client for a Shipping and Logistics Associate. 

In this role, the Shipping and Logistic Associate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate shipment of  technology products while maintaining accurate records of all shipping activities. Shipping background a plus, but not required. Needs someone who's a team player and will to dive in to support the team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare technology products for shipping, including packaging and labeling.

Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.

Record and maintain documentation of all shipping activities, including packing slips, bills of lading, and customs paperwork.

Monitor shipment status and address any issues or delays that may arise.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure orders are processed efficiently.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the shipping area.

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma

2 to 4 years of work experience (shipping and logistics background a plus)

Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
