Join our team as a Customer Retention Consultant where your communication skills and passion for helping others directly contribute to keeping families safe and secure. You'll be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, helping customers retain their home security products/services and creating tailored solutions they can trust.

Responsibilities:

Be the calm, confident guide for customers seeking support and solutions

Use active listening to understand their safety concerns and offer personalized options

Promoting and retaining products and services with confidence

Completing save/service orders and negotiating when needed

Show empathy, patience, and professionalism—every call, every time

Qualifications:
What You'll Bring

2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or retention

A strong desire to help people and build lasting customer relationships

Confidence in discussing safety-related solutions

Great communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to handle a full-time schedule in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

A positive attitude and the willingness to grow every day

Must Have

18+ years old

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to work the required training and production shift schedule
