You'll be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, helping customers retain their home security products/services and creating tailored solutions they can trust.
Responsibilities:
What You'll Do
Be the calm, confident guide for customers seeking support and solutions
Use active listening to understand their safety concerns and offer personalized options
Promoting and retaining products and services with confidence
Completing save/service orders and negotiating when needed
Show empathy, patience, and professionalism—every call, every time
Embrace feedback and coaching to continuously level up your skills
Collaborate with a motivated team to hit shared goals (and celebrate the wins!)
Represent our brand with pride, integrity, and great energy
Qualifications:
What You'll Bring
2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or retention
A strong desire to help people and build lasting customer relationships
Confidence in discussing safety-related solutions
Great communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle a full-time schedule in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
A positive attitude and the willingness to grow every day
Must Have
18+ years old
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work the required training and production shift schedule
