Key Responsibilities:

* Perform customized scalp treatments and hair services including blowouts, styling, and hydration rituals
* Create a warm, welcoming experience for every guest
* Educate clients on hair health, product use, and at-home care
* Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of tools and treatment areas
* Stay up to date on the latest trends and techniques in scalp and hair wellness
* Work collaboratively with a team dedicated to luxury service and client care

Qualifications:

* Previous experience in salon/spa management or a team leadership role is required
* Current Pennsylvania Cosmetology License preferred, but not required
* Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
* Experience with booking software and POS systems
* Ability to multitask and manage both team and client expectations
