Cosmetologist, Pennsylvania

The Salon lead will oversee daily operations, manage team scheduling, ensure client satisfaction, and help drive performance. This role requires leadership, professionalism, and a deep understanding of salon operations and guest service. Compensation:$20 - $25 hourly

Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:

Perform customized scalp treatments and hair services including blowouts, styling, and hydration rituals

Create a warm, welcoming experience for every guest

Educate clients on hair health, product use, and at-home care

Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of tools and treatment areas

Stay up to date on the latest trends and techniques in scalp and hair wellness

Work collaboratively with a team dedicated to luxury service and client care

Qualifications:Previous experience in salon/spa management or a team leadership role is required

Current Pennsylvania Cosmetology License preferred, but not required

Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills

Experience with booking software and POS systems

Ability to multitask and manage both team and client expectations

Passion for luxury, beauty, and wellness
