The Production Assembler works on a high-volume manufacturing line to support the assembly and filling of battery components. You will operate and monitor equipment, visually inspect parts, and accurately log production data while standing for extended periods. This role offers structured shifts, cross-training across multiple areas of the plant, and a clear path from contract to hire in a rapidly growing organization.Responsibilities Operate on the battery production line to ensure batteries are filled properly with the correct fluids. Place parts into machines that process components used in batteries, following established procedures and safety guidelines. Stand on your feet for long periods of time each day while performing assembly and production tasks.Visually inspect parts as they move through the machine to identify defects or issues and ensure quality standards are met. Use machine controls, including pushing buttons as needed, to move parts through to the next station in the process. Maintain attention to detail throughout the shift to ensure accurate filling, proper assembly, and correct documentation.Essential Skills At least 1 year of assembly experience preferred in a manufacturing or production environment. At least 1 year of manufacturing or production experience preferred. At least 1 year of warehouse experience preferred. Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time during 12-hour shifts.Comfort using a computer for basic data entry and logging production information. Strong attention to detail for visual inspection of parts and accurate documentation. Ability to operate basic production and assembly line machinery, including using control buttons to advance parts. Willingness to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule, including days or nights.Capability to work safely and follow instructions in a large manufacturing environment. Why Work Here?
