Regional Executive Chef

We are looking to add an experienced, motivated regional executive chef for our Education team in Morgantown. As a regional executive chef, you will have the opportunity to support a team of chefs, and create delicious meals for the students. This position will involve travel between campuses. Supervising the quality standards and practices of the food production process, including purchasing, food specifications, meal preparation, service, and sanitation. Developing standardized recipes and utilizing other production tools to ensure food quality and cost objectives are met. Participating in the planning and execution of special events.Must-haves: Experience managing multi-units. At least three years of progressive culinary experience. Proficiency in Microsoft software programs. Experience with budget statements. Nice-to-haves: Associate's degree in culinary arts.
