Experience No previous experience required Restaurant or Customer Service: 1 year (preferred; not required) Basic Qualifications Must be a minimum of 18 years of age. Friendly and outgoing personality. Excellent verbal and communication skills. Capable to work in a fast-paced environment. Able to work as a team. Available to work flexible hours that may include weekends and/or holidays. Bilingual. (Spanish and English preferred) Basic mathematical skills. Responsibilities Welcome customers by greeting them and offering them assistance. Become knowledgeable of Los Reyes' products and nutritional value to better understand your guest's needs and make a recommendation. Prepares standard food and beverages from our menu or customize for customers, including recipe changes such as quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients and delivers a perfect product and a complete order every time. Processes payments by totaling purchases; cash, or other credit cards. Keep the store clean and organized. Look sharp and be on time for all scheduled shifts. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to learn quickly. Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work as part of a team. Must be able to lift 20-30 lbs. Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop through out shifts. Must be flexible with scheduling.
