Customer Service Rep - Call Center Agent
Onsite.
(6 months contract to hire)
This is a customer service position working onsite in a call center providing support to retail customers.
Responsibilities include:
Responding to a queue of customer service tickets via email.
Looking up and tracking customer orders and researching customer loyalty account inquiries.
Working with internal teams to find answers and resolve customer issues.
Providing clear, concise, and professional written responses to customers.
Maintaining thorough and accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
Qualifications include:
Prior customer service experience preferred
Strong written communication skills via email.
Ability to research issues and collaborate with internal teams.
Strong multi-tasking skills (working multiple tickets and issues)
Good documentation skills to track and resolve inquiries.
Must be reliable and dependable
Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you are well-prepared for success in this role.
