This role involves supporting daily production and warehouse operations by performing a variety of general labor tasks, including loading and unloading materials and assisting with basic production activities. You work a consistent schedule from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, helping to keep operations running smoothly and safely.Responsibilities

Perform general labor duties to support production and warehouse activities. Load and unload materials, products, and equipment safely and efficiently. Lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. Assist with general production tasks as directed, ensuring work meets quality and safety standards.Support warehouse operations by organizing materials, staging products, and maintaining a clean and orderly work area. Operate a forklift when authorized and trained, following all safety procedures and guidelines. Follow all workplace safety rules and procedures, including proper use of equipment and safe lifting techniques.Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and meet production goals. You join a stable operation with a predictable daytime schedule that supports work-life balance. You gain hands-on experience in production and warehouse environments, with opportunities to build practical skills such as material handling and forklift operation. You work as part of a supportive team where safety, reliability, and consistent performance are valued.This position is based in a production and warehouse setting, where you perform hands-on tasks throughout your shift. The role involves regular physical activity, including standing, walking, lifting, and moving materials up to 50 pounds. You may work around forklifts and other material-handling equipment, and you follow established safety procedures at all times. The environment is fast-paced and focused on meeting production and shipping needs while maintaining a clean and orderly workspace. Appropriate work attire suitable for a warehouse and production environment is expected.This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Monongahela, PA. The pay range for this position is $16.00/hr.
