Responsibilities
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
Our office is located in Fairmont, West Virginia.
Our office is open Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm.
I have been a State Farm agent since ****.
I am a proud graduate of Wheeling Jesuit University.
We currently have 6 team members at our agency.
We have 40+ years of combined insurance experience in our office.
