Production Operator Will operate and maintain cutting equipment to ensure accurate, high-quality output while meeting production schedules. This role requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a structured manufacturing environment. Pay&Scheduled: $17/hour 1st Shift and 3rd Shift Available Must be able to work weekends and overtime as needed. Key Responsibilities: Load materials into cutting equipment and monitor operations throughout the process Perform precise cutting and trimming based on job specifications Inspect finished products for quality and report any issuesUnload completed work and prepared for the next production stage Set up and calibrate cutting equipment as required Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting Package finished products and prepared shipping documentation Utilize internal production and management systems Qualifications:Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment Experience with cutting machinery preferred Strong attention to detail and quality standards Ability to work in a fast-paced setting Basic computer skills Willingness to work assigned shifts Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand, bend, and squat for extended periodsMust pass background check and drug screening Reliable transportation (No BUS Line) Flexible availability
