Most new hires begin in an entry-level Spot Welder / Machine Operator role. This position involves operating a spot welding machine used in the manufacturing of metal clamp assemblies. No prior welding experience is required

the machine performs the weld automatically. Daily Responsibilities

Load and position metal components into the machine Operate machine using foot pedal controls Inspect finished products for quality Move completed parts into finished containers Maintain production pace and quotas Perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift Follow safety and quality proceduresMaintain a clean work area This position can be performed seated or standing depending on operator preference. What We Are Looking For

Reliable attendance is REQUIRED Comfortable performing repetitive work Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred Mechanically inclined candidates encouraged to apply Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Must be able to pass a mechanical and math assessment High School Diploma or GED preferredMust be open to any shift assignment Candidates with strong attendance, flexibility, and a long-term mindset tend to succeed and advance quickly in this environment.
