Civil Engineer

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience
- Expertise in at least one of the following areas:
- Stormwater planning, design, and construction phase services
- Site design, bidding, permitting, and construction services for land development projects
- Grading and utility infrastructure design
- EIT certification required; PE certification preferred
