Our client, a growing international distribution company, is seeking a
Customer Service Representative (SAP / Order Management)
to join their team. As a

, you will be part of the
Customer Service/Order Management
team supporting
Sales, Warehouse/Inventory coordination, and global Customer Service partners (Europe)

Job Title:
Customer Service Representative (SAP / Order Management)
Location:
Onsite Florham Park, NJ
Pay Range:
$55,000–$62,500
What’s the Job? (Max of 5)
Manage customer orders and provide day-to-day customer support in a high-volume environment
Use
SAP (SAP HANA preferred)
to update orders, track inventory, and maintain accurate records
Coordinate and communicate shipment timing/availability with internal teams and global partners (Germany/India/Europe)
Partner with Sales to confirm product availability and support customer needs
Help improve organization/efficiency by maintaining accessible documentation and shared processes (SharePoint a plus)
What’s Needed? (Max of 5)
SAP experience required
(SAP HANA is a plus)
Customer service and order management experience (2–5+ years preferred; strong candidates with 2–3 considered)
Comfortable working with inventory/warehouse coordination and shipping-related communication (preferred, not required)
Strong, steady personality—can work well with tenured teammates and different communication styles (not timid; not overly forceful)
Willingness/ability to
travel to Europe for training
(passport now or ability to obtain one)
