Litigation Associate Attorney **

Lindabury seeks a commercial litigation associate with a minimum of three years of experience to join our Litigation Group. Experience servicing clients in the construction industry is a plus. New Jersey and New York bar admissions are required along with excellent writing, analytical and interpersonal skills. This position offers direct client contact and responsibility for managing the preparation of pleadings, notices, subpoenas, discovery requests, and appropriate research, and support at depositions, motions, and trials.
