All new hires are required to attend first-day orientation at our Mount Olive office before reporting to their assigned work location or training site./ppSchedules/ppSchedule 1: Monday - Friday 10:30am-7:00pm. (Full Time)/ppSchedule 2: Monday - Friday 10:30am-7:00pm with Rotating Saturdays (Full Time)/ppSchedule 3: Saturday 8:00am-4:00pm. (Part Time)/ppSchedule 4: Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm. (Part Time)/ppInitial training days and times will be discussed and agreed upon between the manager/supervisor and the employee./ph3General Description of Position/h3pThis role is responsible for delivering high-quality customer service while efficiently managing appointment scheduling, patient communications, and account updates. Ensure a smooth and professional experience by addressing inquiries, coordinating imaging appointments, and supporting patients through the scheduling and preparation process./ph3Essential Duties and Responsibilities/h3olliReceive incoming calls from customers and assist them with their needs over the phone/liliAssist in setting appointments for patients and doctors offices either through inbound or outbound calls/liliGathers information related to customers concerns and provides appropriate resolution/liliOpen and maintain customer accounts by updating account information/liliEscalate customer concerns that are critical or requires immediate resolution beyond agent capability/liliProcess orders received electronically or over the phone with the patient/liliCall patients to update them with their upcoming scheduled procedures including clinical preparations/liliPerform any other related duties as required or assigned./li/olh3Experience/h3ulliCustomer service: 1 year (Required)/li/ulh3Benefits/h3ulliHealth insurance/liliVision insurance/liliDental insurance/lili401(k)/liliPaid time off/li/ulh3Ability to Commute/Relocate/h3ulliHackettstown, NJ: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)/li/ulpFlu Vaccination
