DCM Consultant (Tecnotree), Basking Ridge

Job Description As part of Digital Catalog Management team, you will be the primary custodian of our product ecosystem within the Tecnotree BSS stack. This role is a hybrid of product strategy and technical execution, responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of 5G, IoT, and digital services. You will lead the critical migration of our existing catalog to the Tecnotree Digital Catalog Management system in collaboration with the GTS (Global Technology Services) team, while ensuring daily operational excellence in product launches and cross-channel promotions. If you need assistance and/or a reasonable accommodation due to a disability during the application or recruiting process, please send a request to learn more about how we collect, keep, and process your private information, please review Insight Global's Workforce Privacy Policy: Skills and Requirements - Industry: 5 years of experience in Telecom or IT Sector Catalog Management. - Tooling: Hands-on experience with Tecnotree DCM or similar Tier-1 Telco Catalog tools (e.g., Amdocs, Ericsson, Oracle). - Migration: Proven track record of participating in large-scale system migrations or digital transformation projects. - Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Telco BSS/OSS environments, specifically CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), Product Catalog, and Order Management. - Architecture: Familiarity with microservices-based architecture and cloud-native deployments. - API/Coding: Proficiency in working with REST APIs and the ability to read/debug code (JSON, XML, or similar) to troubleshoot catalog-to-fulfillment mappings. - Modeling: Advanced skills in data modeling and product abstraction.
