A well-established and highly respected civil engineering and land development consulting firm in the Lake Hopatcong, NJ area is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer (PE) to join its leadership team. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced engineer who is interested in growing into firm leadership and eventual partnership. The firm has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality engineering services while maintaining long-standing relationships with municipalities and private clients throughout the region.The incoming engineer will play a key role in project leadership, client management, and mentoring junior staff, while helping guide projects from concept through approvals and construction.
