Community Association Attorney

Responsibilities will touch upon all phases of representation of our community association clients and will include: drafting governing documents, contract work, attendance at board meetings, coordinating board elections, prosecution and collection of delinquent association accounts; and when necessary, litigation, trial and/or appellate work.The position will offer hybrid work flexibility and be based in Morristown, New Jersey. New Jersey bar admission; strong academic credentials; and demonstrated writing ability is required. A minimum of five years of experience representing community association clients is required. We will keep you engaged and challenged and provide you with a balanced work life in a collegial atmosphere. Salary is commensurate with experience. The posted range is $150,000-175,000.
