Location: Hackettstown, NJ (Onsite) Pay: $20$22/hour Duration - 4-6 mth with opportunity to be extended (if this were to go direct hire, salary is up to 65K) Schedule: MondayFriday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM Start Date: ASAP
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative with a background in manufacturing or electronics to support daily customer interactions and order-related inquiries.
This individual will serve as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring timely issue resolution and coordination with internal teams.
Responsibilities
Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone and email, addressing questions related to orders, returns, and product issues
Manage and resolve return requests, ensuring accurate processing and timely follow-up
Route customer concerns and technical issues to the appropriate internal departments (e.g., operations, logistics, or technical teams)
Track and document customer interactions, resolutions, and order updates within internal systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient issue resolution and customer satisfaction
Maintain professionalism and accuracy in all customer communications
Qualifications
Prior experience in customer service within a manufacturing or electronics environment required
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced setting
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Experience working with ERP systems preferred
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with Epicor ERP is a plus (training provided)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
