Job Description Job Description The Landscape Construction worker plays a vital role in preparing and building outdoor environments for a variety of mixed projects.
This position involves operating heavy machinery and specialized hardscaping equipment to install both plant materials and hardscape features while ensuring strict adherence to safety standards and efficient project execution.
Responsibilities
Prepare sites by clearing and grading land
Handle and transport materials safely and efficiently
Operate landscaping and heavy machinery
Install hardscape elements according to project plans
Installation of plants and other landscape needs
Perform masonry tasks as required
Conduct thorough project cleanup
Comply with OSHA and company safety protocols
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in landscape construction; entry level considered
Proficient in operating landscaping equipment
Knowledge of safety procedures and compliance
Physical stamina for demanding outdoor work
Ability to work well in a team environment
Effective time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
