Job Description Job Description We are looking to hire an Assistant Office Manager to join our team full time or part time .
You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative assistance to management team
Payroll threw Quick Books
Accounts receivable and payable
execute waivers and AIA's
Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication
Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, etc.)
Qualifications:
Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Strong organizational skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Strong leadership qualities
Computer skills, Quickbooks, Microsoft office.
