We are hiring a
Customer Services Inbound 1
for one of our clients in
Morris Plains, NJ.
Job Description:
Operate telephone console to answer, route, and complete incoming and outgoing calls.
Provide routine information and direct visitors as needed.
Receive and document staff call-outs and report absences according to established procedures.
Report telephone system issues and repair needs to appropriate departments.
Respond to emergency calls and immediately contact designated institutional personnel following protocol.
Receive, sign for, and distribute registered and insured mail and packages.
Perform routine clerical duties.
