Warehouse Associate/ General Laborer Warren, RI 1st 6am– 2pm at $18/hr 2nd 11am – 8pm at $19/hr 3rd shift 8pm-6am at $21/hr We’re looking for reliable, safety-focused

Warehouse Associates with hands-on equipment experience

to support shipping, receiving, and inventory operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for candidates who are comfortable operating material handling equipment and working independently. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for safety of all equipment used, reporting all unsafe conditions, and accidents (to supervisor or director).Must be trained and pass licensing for Warehouse Material Handling Equipment. Must operate all equipment safely, following OSHA mandated guidelines. Performs Warehouse Material Handling Equipment pre-operational check and fills out check sheets. Any deficiencies to be reported immediately to supervisor/manager or director.Responsible for dock, freezer, grounds and parking lot cleanliness. Responsible to ensure that all trucks are chocked prior to loading or unloading. Unload and check in products, verifying counts and lot numbers upon receipt (notes any errors and corrects BOL). Receiving of incoming product, checking and logging counts, lot numbers and locations.Move products as needed to pick locations, checking and logging counts, lot numbers and locations. Accurately pick orders, checking, logging, count, lot numbers, and locations. Order picking to be FIFO’d. Exhibits a superior attitude while working with outside Carriers, Internal and External Customers, and employees.All paperwork (Forklift log sheet, Put-A-Ways, Moves, Pick Tickets, etc) to be neat and orderly. Ability to manage all sample product inventory Responsible for safely changing and maintaining batteries. Ability to work independently without Supervision Able to work Overtime as required with minimal notice.Education and/or Experience: At least 1 year of previous warehousing experience Up to 2 years of previous warehousing experience in small parcel processing (UPS/FedEx) Ability to operate warehouse equipment including but not limited to motorized electric stand-on pallet jacks as well as stand up electric reach high liftAbility to comprehend basic computer skills Ability to effectively communicate with others, as well as strong basic mathematical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal Supervision.
