This role is designed to support the sales team immediately after a vehicle has been sold, ensuring a smooth, organized, and high-quality experience for both clients and dealer partners.The Sales Support Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining communication, managing complex follow-up tasks, and coordinating logistics from the moment of sale through vehicle delivery. Location: Watchung, NJ Position Type: Temp to Hire Base Salary: $22-$25/hr Performance Bonus: $25 per closed deal. Total Earning Potential: $72,000+ per year. Benefits: 401(k), paid time off, employee discounts, and a referral program. Schedule: Full-time, In-person. Key Responsibilities

Post-Sale Coordination: Assist the sales team by contacting clients post-sale to confirm details, provide insurance updates, and guide them through next steps using established scripts. Dealer Relations: Provide timely communication with partner dealerships to track paperwork, vehicle availability, and delivery timelines.Account Management: Manage and develop existing accounts through effective strategies to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and retention. CRM Discipline: Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, customer interactions, and critical follow-up tasks. Revenue Enhancement: Identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services during customer interactions.Client Advocacy: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
