Litigation Attorney - Reno, NV

Direct Counsel is partnering with a nationally recognized AmLaw 200 law firm to identify an associate attorney with 2+ years of experience to join its litigation business unit in Collin County, TX. Full-time position with ability to work remotely a few days per week. Candidates must hold an active Texas bar license.The Ideal Candidate Will Possess The Following Experience And Skills:

Trial preparation and courtroom experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience Experience working with e-discovery software Exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast paced, high-volume environmentStrong academic credentials Compensation&Benefits:

Salary range: $175,000– $185,000 annually (DOE).

Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
